Good to know
- Only ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) are distributed. 443 is passed through: TLS terminates on your servers, so every backend must have the same certificate.
- On the Local load balancer, ownership of your domain is verified with a DNS TXT record and the A record points to our shared IP address.
- The Global load balancer works only with Global VPS in the same location; the included traffic quota is 1-3 TB depending on the type (more in the US).
- To create one, your balance must cover at least 3 days of charges; if the balance stays insufficient for 3 days the load balancer is stopped, and it is deleted after 14 days.
