Videos on the backup platform

Videos uploaded while the main platform is not responding are hosted on the backup and billed by the minute: storage $7 / 1000 minute-months, delivery $1.40 / 1000 minutes. The panel shows where each video is.

Good to know
- If the platform is temporarily unavailable, your video is queued; we email you when it is ready, and nothing is charged while it waits.
- Your balance must be positive to add videos. If it stays negative for 3 days playback stops; if it is not topped up within 14 more days, videos are deleted.
- With signed playback on, URLs are time-limited; for the player on your site you fetch the URL from your server with your API key.
- Live streaming and DRM are not offered at the moment.
