Encrypted connections only

Your database is dumped every night and kept for 7 days; the whole server is also backed up nightly.

Your cloud servers connect to the database over the internal network; traffic never leaves our network.

Isolated database

Each customer gets a separate database and role: no other customer can connect to yours, and the rule is also enforced in the server's connection settings.

Data stays in Türkiye

Your database runs in our data center in Istanbul; your data is not transferred abroad.

Managed MySQL

MariaDB 10.11 (MySQL compatible): for WordPress, Laravel and any MySQL application. TLS required, data stays in Türkiye.

Connect to 46.221.30.92, port 29990 (TLS required); from your VPS over the private network at 10.10.0.30:3306.
When the quota is full, writes stop while reads and deletes continue; it recovers automatically once you free space.
Each plan includes one database and one user; you only see your own database.
The server is backed up every night and a copy of the backup is kept on separate infrastructure.

Managed Redis

Valkey (Redis compatible) for caching, sessions and queues. TLS connections only; data is persistent (AOF).

A dedicated user on a shared Valkey server: all your key and channel names start with the prefix you are given; access to other names is denied.
Commands that list key names or affect the server (SCAN, KEYS, FLUSHALL, CONFIG) are disabled.
If the memory limit is exceeded, writes are blocked while deletes stay allowed; above 50% over the limit, the connection is closed.

Connect

Once your plan is ready, the panel shows the host, database and user name; the password is shown once. Any client or library that supports PostgreSQL works.

Good to know

Your database runs as a dedicated database and role on a shared PostgreSQL 17 server. Superuser privileges and access to server settings are not provided.
Available extensions: vector (pgvector), pg_trgm, pgcrypto, uuid-ossp. Contact us if you need another extension.
If the storage limit is exceeded, the database first becomes read-only; above 50% over the limit, connections are closed. You are notified by email in both cases.
Restores from backup are performed by our support team.
If you need a database server with dedicated CPU and RAM, you can install your own on a VDS or ask us to set it up.
