Certificates
Good to know
- The certificate is issued after your payment is confirmed and you enter your domain and complete validation in the panel.
- Since 2026 certificates are valid for at most ~200 days: within your yearly subscription you reissue once near expiry, free of charge, from the panel; we will remind you.
- Wildcard certificates cannot be validated with an HTTP file; use DNS or email.
- OV certificates are issued to an organization: your billing details must be corporate, and organization validation takes 1-3 business days.
- Your private key is stored encrypted and can only be downloaded by the account owner and admins.
