How it works
- Create an assistant in the panel and write its name and instructions.
- Add knowledge sources: FAQ text, return policy, a product page address…
- Try it in the panel; when you're happy with the answers, add the embed code to your site.
A typical question and answer costs well under 1 cent in tokens; it's charged from your balance at the AI API price of the model you choose.
Good to know
- We don't store visitor messages; the panel only shows message counts and costs.
- AI models run at our partners abroad; don't add information containing personal data as a source.
- About 2 million characters of information per assistant; up to 5 assistants per account.
- If your balance runs out the assistant stops answering; you can cap spending with the daily message limit.
